The Colorado Blue Columbine logo was designed to highlight the state flower of my home and incorporate natural and simple shapes. Circle logos are very common and often represent community or relationships which is a big factor in small town companies. The typeface in the logo has a hand-made and natural feel that compliments the illustration of the columbine in the center. The shape and the content combined in this logo lead into the small town, local aesthetic. Small town companies often sell fresh and organic products such as jams and jelly or honey.
